Nucleo is constructed from two external aluminium sheets bonded to a profiled aluminium core, creating a lightweight, ultra-flat panel that balances strength with a refined finish. Deemed non-combustible under NCC 2022 and achieving zero ignitability and flame spread to AS1530.1 and AS1530.3, Nucleo supports compliant façade design. Encased in a marine-grade alloy and finished with Duranar PVDF paint, it delivers strong UV resistance and long-term colour retention, engineered to withstand Australia’s demanding conditions. Nucleo provides a durable aluminium bonded solution suited to Type C construction.
