Zintl: Aluminium Battens

Premium snap-in, non-combustible aluminium battens engineered for durability, corrosion resistance and streamlined installation.
Zintl Battens are a premium snap-in aluminium batten system designed for durability, corrosion resistance and efficient installation. Extruded from high-grade 6063-T5 aluminium, they provide a versatile architectural solution suitable for residential, commercial, education and health care applications.
Zintl Battens provide architects and designers with genuine flexibility, offering a wide selection of woodgrain and powder coated finishes across modular, standardised profiles. Available in a 50mm width with heights ranging from 50mm to 300mm, the system supports consistent, accurate architectural outcomes without the variability or delays associated with custom manufacturing. Manufactured from premium 6063-T5 aluminium alloy, ZINTL Battens deliver high corrosion resistance and weatherability, making them well suited to residential, commercial, education, sporting and health care projects. Designed for long-term durability, the aluminium components are 100% recyclable, supporting more sustainable material choices while maintaining strength and performance over time. Installation is streamlined through a simple snap-in locking mechanism. The batten inner is securely mounted before the batten outer is snapped into place until a clear click is heard, enabling efficient and reliable installation on site.
