The realistic woodgrain finish brings a residential warmth to the façade, softening the scale of the high-rise form and creating a sense of character and belonging for its residents. Specified and delivered by Saba Constructions and S and J Oz Constructions, the project demonstrates how the considered placement of a single finish can transform a façade and elevate the experience of coming home.
